• Tiket hanya dijual secara resmi melalui platform Sound Venture. Pembelian di luar platform resmi tidak diakui dan sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab pembeli.

  Tickets are only sold officially through the Sound Venture platform. Purchases outside the official platform are not recognized and are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
• Data yang diisi saat checkout (nama, email, nomor telepon, tanggal lahir, alamat) wajib sesuai dengan identitas asli pembeli.

  Data entered at checkout (name, email, phone number, date of birth, address) must match the buyer's actual identity.
• Tiket yang hilang atau tidak diterima karena kesalahan data (email salah, dll) tidak akan diterbitkan ulang kecuali atas kebijakan penyelenggara.

  Tickets that are lost or not received due to incorrect data (wrong email, etc.) will not be reissued except at the organizer's discretion.

• Seluruh transaksi diproses melalui Payment Gateway resmi secara real-time. Pembayaran (seperti QRIS dan kanal pembayaran digital lainnya) akan terverifikasi secara instan dan otomatis oleh sistem tanpa perlu mengunggah bukti transfer manual.

  All transactions are processed through an official Payment Gateway in real-time. Payments (such as QRIS and other digital payment channels) are verified instantly and automatically by the system without the need to manually upload transfer receipts.
• Segera setelah pembayaran berhasil terkonfirmasi oleh Payment Gateway, e-tiket resmi beserta barcode/QR code unik akan langsung diterbitkan dan otomatis dikirimkan ke alamat email serta nomor WhatsApp yang Anda daftarkan saat pemesanan.

  As soon as the payment is successfully confirmed by the Payment Gateway, official e-tickets with unique barcodes/QR codes will be immediately issued and automatically delivered to your registered email and WhatsApp number.
• Setiap kode pembayaran atau QRIS memiliki batas waktu pembayaran (expiry time). Jika pembayaran tidak diselesaikan sebelum batas waktu habis, pesanan akan otomatis kedaluwarsa (expired) dan tiket akan dikembalikan ke kuota ketersediaan.

  Each payment code or QRIS has a payment time limit (expiry time). If payment is not completed before the time limit expires, the order will automatically expire and the tickets will be returned to the availability quota.
• Jika Anda telah menyelesaikan pembayaran namun e-tiket belum diterima dalam waktu 1×24 jam, silakan hubungi tim dukungan kami melalui admin@soundventure.id atau WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830) dengan menyertakan Order ID transaksi Anda.

  If you have completed the payment but haven't received your e-ticket within 24 hours, please contact our support team via admin@soundventure.id or WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830) with your transaction Order ID.

• Tidak ada refund untuk alasan pribadi seperti tidak bisa hadir, perubahan rencana, atau kesalahan pemilihan tier tiket.

  No refunds for personal reasons such as inability to attend, change of plans, or wrong ticket tier selection.
• Jika acara dibatalkan oleh penyelenggara, refund akan diproses maksimal 14 hari kerja setelah pengumuman pembatalan resmi.
  Jika lewat 14 hari kerja dana belum kembali, segera hubungi admin@soundventure.id atau WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830) dengan menyertakan order ID dan bukti pembayaran.

  If the event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the official cancellation announcement.
  If funds have not been returned after 14 working days, contact admin@soundventure.id or WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830) with your order ID and payment proof.

• Tidak ada opsi untuk mengganti tiket ke acara Sound Venture yang lain, meskipun dengan membayar selisih harga atau tanpa tambahan pembayaran.

  There is no option to exchange tickets for another Sound Venture event, even with paying the price difference or without additional payment.
• Jika pengunjung tidak dapat hadir pada acara yang ditentukan, tiket dianggap hangus dan tidak berlaku untuk acara atau tanggal lain.

  If an attendee cannot attend the specified event, the ticket is considered forfeited and invalid for any other event or date.
• Pengunjung disarankan untuk hanya membeli tiket pada acara yang benar-benar dapat dihadiri sesuai jadwal yang telah dipublikasikan.

  Attendees are advised to only purchase tickets for events they can definitely attend according to the published schedule.

• Pemegang tiket akan diminta menunjukkan identitas diri (KTP/SIM/Paspor) yang sesuai dengan nama pada tiket saat masuk venue.

  Ticket holders will be asked to show a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Passport) matching the name on the ticket upon entry to the venue.
• Tiket yang digunakan oleh orang yang tidak sesuai dengan identitas terdaftar akan dianggap tidak sah dan dapat ditolak masuk tanpa pengembalian dana.

  Tickets used by a person who does not match the registered identity will be considered invalid and may be denied entry without a refund.

• Pengunjung wajib membawa e-tiket (QR code) yang diperoleh melalui email setelah pembayaran terverifikasi. Tunjukkan kepada petugas di lokasi penukaran tiket.

  Attendees must bring their e-ticket (QR code) received via email after payment verification. Show it to the officer at the ticket redemption point.
• Disarankan untuk screenshot QR code terlebih dahulu sebagai antisipasi ketidakstabilan jaringan di lokasi acara.

  It is recommended to screenshot your QR code in advance to anticipate network instability at the event venue.
• Satu e-tiket (QR code) hanya berlaku untuk satu pengunjung. E-tiket akan ditukarkan menjadi Gelang Tiket SOUND VENTURE yang wajib dipakai untuk masuk area acara.

  Each e-ticket (QR code) is valid for one attendee only. The e-ticket will be exchanged for a SOUND VENTURE Ticket Wristband required for entry into the event area.
• Jika membeli lebih dari satu tiket, pastikan seluruh e-tiket telah terdistribusi kepada masing-masing pemegang tiket sebelum memasuki area penukaran.

  If purchasing more than one ticket, ensure all e-tickets have been distributed to each ticket holder before entering the redemption area.

• Pengunjung yang terlambat tetap dapat masuk selama acara masih berlangsung.

  Visitors who arrive late may still enter while the event is ongoing.
• Tiket hanya berlaku pada tanggal dan sesi yang tertera. Tiket tidak dapat digunakan untuk tanggal atau sesi yang berbeda.

  Tickets are only valid on the date and session stated. Tickets cannot be used for a different date or session.

• Membawa minuman beralkohol ke dalam area acara.

  Bringing alcoholic beverages into the event area.
• Membawa hewan peliharaan ke dalam area acara.

  Bringing pets into the event area.
• Membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar ke dalam area acara.

  Bringing outside food and beverages into the event area.
• Membawa senjata tajam atau benda berbahaya ke dalam area acara.

  Bringing sharp weapons or dangerous objects into the event area.
• Merokok di area acara. Merokok hanya diperbolehkan di area yang telah ditentukan.

  Smoking within the event area. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• Membuang sampah sembarangan. Gunakan tempat sampah yang tersedia di area acara.

  Littering. Please use the bins available throughout the event area.
• Mendokumentasikan menggunakan peralatan profesional (kamera DSLR/mirrorless, tripod, lensa tele, drone, dsb.) tanpa izin tertulis dari penyelenggara.
  Ajukan izin sebelum hari acara via admin@soundventure.id atau WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830).

  Documenting using professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, tripods, telephoto lenses, drones, etc.) without written permission from the organizer.
  Request permission before the event day via admin@soundventure.id or WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830).
• Membuat kerusuhan, provokasi, atau tindakan yang mengganggu ketertiban dan kenyamanan pengunjung lain.

  Causing disturbances, provocation, or actions disrupting the order and comfort of other attendees.

• Mengambil foto dan video untuk keperluan pribadi menggunakan ponsel, selama tidak mengganggu pengunjung lain.

  Taking photos and videos for personal use with a phone, as long as it does not disturb other attendees.

Dengan menghadiri acara, pengunjung menyetujui bahwa penyelenggara dan tim dokumentasi resmi dapat mendokumentasikan acara termasuk kehadiran pengunjung dalam bentuk foto maupun video, dan menggunakannya untuk keperluan promosi, media sosial, dan publikasi resmi tanpa kewajiban kompensasi.

By attending the event, attendees agree that the organizer and official documentation team may document the event including attendee presence in photo or video form, and use it for promotional, social media, and official publication purposes without any obligation of compensation.

Penyelenggara berhak membatalkan atau menunda acara akibat keadaan di luar kendali wajar, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, cuaca ekstrem, gangguan keamanan, atau kebijakan pemerintah. Dalam kondisi ini:

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, security disturbances, or government policies. In such cases:

• Jika acara dijadwalkan ulang, tiket yang sudah dibeli tetap berlaku untuk tanggal baru yang diumumkan.

  If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets remain valid for the newly announced date.
• Jika acara dibatalkan sepenuhnya, refund akan diproses sesuai ketentuan pada Poin 3.

  If the event is fully cancelled, refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms in Point 3.
• Jika dana belum kembali setelah 14 hari kerja, segera hubungi kami melalui admin@soundventure.id atau WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830) dengan menyertakan order ID dan bukti pembayaran Anda.

  If funds have not been returned after 14 working days, please contact us immediately via admin@soundventure.id or WhatsApp (+62 813-1800-7830) with your order ID and payment proof.
• Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas biaya transportasi atau akomodasi yang sudah dikeluarkan pengunjung.

  The organizer is not responsible for any transportation or accommodation costs already incurred by attendees.

Penyelenggara berhak mengambil tindakan terhadap pengunjung yang melanggar Syarat & Ketentuan ini, termasuk:

The organizer reserves the right to take action against attendees who violate these Terms & Conditions, including:

• Penolakan masuk atau dikeluarkan dari area acara tanpa pengembalian dana.

  Denial of entry or removal from the event area without a refund.
• Tindakan hukum terhadap pengunjung yang memalsukan tiket, menggandakan QR code, atau memperoleh tiket secara tidak sah.

  Legal action against attendees who forge tickets, duplicate QR codes, or obtain tickets illegally.
